​Maruti Suzuki is India's undefeated car brand. It has maintained its top spot for more than a decade now, and still, no one has reached even close to where it stands. Well, it is clear that good products do help brands a lot to reach on top but, what helps to be over there is trust. There is one such Maruti product that has unbreakable trust, as it's rivals tried to surpass it several times but, failed brutally. We are speaking of the Maruti Dzire. The Dzire is the sedan version of its popular hatch Swift, which recently got an update in India. The Dzire has been outselling every other sedan in the Indian Automotive Market, and not only in its segment. It sells more than 13,000 units per month. The Dzire is yet to receive it's 2024 model year’s update but, here is an imaginative presentation of what the upcoming 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire could bring to our table.

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Exterior Design 

The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire will have an identical front design with slight changes here and there. Most of them would be done near the grille or on it in order to distinguish it from its hatch sibling. The Headlamp unit of the 2024 Dzire will be the same as on the Swift. It will pack LED beams with an LED DRL and Halogen Indicator. The housing for the Headlamp would also have the exact same petal-like design. On both lower ends of the front, we will also see Foglamps with a bit of chrome design around them. 

The Side of the 2024 Dzire will be the distinctive area, as we will have the extension from the C-pillar being a sedan. The alloy wheel design will be kept the same with a diamond-cut feature in them. The tyre size will measure 185/65/R15, whereas, for the lower variants the tyre sizes might go down or be the same with steel wheels instead of alloys.

There will be no claddings, as it is a sedan. The arches will be minimal but, will be there to embrace its presence. After that, there will be clean and subtle design additions to have an elegant look. Like the Swift, even the Dzire will get its rear door handle conventionally placed. 

The Rear of the Dzire will have a similar design compared to the current Dzire. It will have a simple flat back with no such curves. The Tail lamps will do their work of being the talking point at the back, as they will have stylish LEDs like on the Swift. The Boot door will have a push button unlock feature rather than an Electric opening with respect to a price bracket.

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Interior Design

The Interior affair of the Dzire will be suited more for comfort and will also be designed accordingly. As Maruti is known to design slightly different dashboards with almost the same amount of equipment, the same will be seen on the upcoming Swift Dzire.

Except for the dashboard design which will be slightly changed, the rest of the components will be kept the same. The Infotainment System will be the same 9 inch unit with Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This screen will also get all the gimmicky and useful features it gets, like Instantaneous Fuel Economy, Distance to Empty, Media controls, Voice assist, etc. Then comes Automated Climate Control, Hill Hold Assist, various power outlets, etc. 

We will also see Cruise Control on the steering wheel, like on the Swift. On the other hand, the Instrument Cluster will be the same with a small screen placed between Two analog dials. 

In the rest of the cabin, we could see some extra soft-touch points added to enhance comfort and plushness. Overall, the color choice for the material inside will also be different, the use of a Beige color could be seen. We might also see an Armrest on the rear seat, which the Swift 2024 lacks. 

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Engine Options

The 2024 Dzire will be available only with one engine option - a 1.2 L 3 Cylinder Petrol Engine producing 80 hp and 111 Nm Torque. This engine is a downgrade compared to the 4 cylinder engine coming in the current Dzire but, it is also an old engine, whereas, this one's a new one.

It will also be made available with CNG later on.

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire India Launch Date and Price Details

The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire is soon going to be launched in the Indian Market, and unlike its hatch sibling, Swift, the Indian Automotive Market will be the first market worldwide it will be launched in. An exact date could not be given for the 2024 Maruti Dzire’s India launch but, we can expect a wait of about 2 months, which is till late July 2024. 

The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire will definitely have a price hike like its hatch sibling, Swift. Its updated prices could start from ₹7.5 Lakhs and go up to ₹10 lakhs.
