Recently, Nissan launched a facelift update for its Magnite. The Magnite is Nissan’s first made-in-India and made-for-India type SUV. It was developed and built under a joint venture between Nissan and Renault (Renault’s Magnite derivative is Kiger). This Nissan SUV was due for an update, as all of its sub-4-meter SUV rivals have updated with a lot of features ranging from ADAS, Bigger screens, Design, etc.

2025 Magnite Powertrains 

The 2025 Magnite features the same powertrain options as its pre-facelift models. It mainly runs on an option of two Petrol engines - A Naturally-Aspirated unit, and the other a Turbo unit. Both the engines are available in 5-speed Manual, 5-speed AMT, and CVT Gearbox options. 

The Naturally-Aspirated engine is a 1.0 L (999cc) 3-cylinder engine called B4D 1.0 NA Petrol. It produces 72 hp and 96 Nm torque. This engine is available in both 5-speed Manual and AMT Gearbox options. 

The Turbo unit is a 1.0 L (999cc) 3-cylinder engine called HRAO 1.0 Turbo Petrol. It produces 100 hp and 160/152 Nm torque in MT/CVT. This engine is available in 5-speed Manual and CVT Gearbox options. 

2025 Magnite Variant-wise Features Distribution

The Magnite is available in a total of 6 variants - Visia, Visia+, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, and Tekna+. 

The B4D 1.0 NA Petrol with Manual Transmission is available in all the variants.

The same engine with the AMT Transmission is available in all the variants except Visia+.

The HRAO 1.0 Turbo Petrol with the CVT Gearbox is available from the Acenta variant and above. 

The same engine with Manual Transmission is available from the N-Connecta variant and above.
