Tata Curvv is the most anticipated car from Tata’s house by the audience. Since its unveiling in 2022, the kind of design and characteristics its whole appearance packs, have stunned people and made the wait more exciting. Well, there is some good news, as we have started spotting the test mules of the Curvv on roads, and recently, one of our carversal pro spotted one and filmed it, too. These spy shots reveal a lot about the sides that were not talked yet, so without wasting any more seconds, let us jump and have a look at the Upcoming Tata Curvv back Spied with dual cut Spoiler.
We can see the first detail from the rear end of the Tata Curvv’s side profile that there are Plush-Integrated Door Handles. Well, till now, no Tata car had this particular feature, which ultimately makes the Curvv to be the first one to have it.
This brings out quite a few more details about the feature list, if these plush door handles are there, then we will see the feature of them automatically opening and closing when you unlock the vehicle.
After the Plush-integrated Door handles, we can spot the cut out of the camouflage made for the Charging Port. This tells us that like the Nexon.ev, even the Curvv.ev will have its charging port situated at the rear end of the side profile of Curvv.
But, there is one counterpart of this whole thing. As this particular spy shot has been clicked from up close, still it is quite difficult to determine whether this is the Curvv.ev or the ICE Curvv, because if you will notice, it is almost invisible for the naked eye to spot a battery pack underneath. Therefore, this further brings us to an assumption that this might be the ICE Curvv.
Well, if this is the ICE Curvv, then the cutout made at the rear end of the side profile is not for the charging port, in fact, it is for the Fuel Tank.
Secondly, if you are not aware of the ICE Curvv, then the ICE Curvv is going to pack Tata’s first-ever Petrol Turbo GDI - 1.5 L Engine , which will, for sure, debut with the Curvv’s launch.
The Brake lights that were showcased on the conceptual version of the Curvv, seem to have been carried over to the production version, as well. If you are thinking, what makes us say that? Then if you notice the brake light, there is a downward invert in its design, which tells us that the lights are pretty much inspired by the concept itself.
Next up are the 18-inch Alloy wheels, and they surely look huge, plus they go with the appearance of the Curvv very well. You might also find them a bit filled in terms of their design, but that is what Tata Motors will be doing with all of their upcoming cars, as they will be focusing more on the EV side of the vehicle, which demands the Alloy wheels to be a bit aerodynamically designed. Thus, the design looks pretty busy and filled.
In fact, we can also see the same has been done on the ICE Nexon and the Nexon.ev .
After the 18-inch Alloy wheels, we can have a look at the spotted Rear end Camera of the 360-degree Camera System. There has been a pretty substantially big cutout made for the Rear-view Camera, and why is this done, you ask? Basically, this gives us a hint that maybe the officials inside the test mule are testing out the Rearview Camera or the 360-degree Camera while the Curvv is on the move.
We can also make out its position to some extent, as it is placed right at the center, which tells us that it will be attached right below the Tata logo, which, by the way, will placed below the Brake light.
As we can see there is an extreme slope after the roofline ends, as this is a Coupe. But, there is one more thing, the rear-view glass has been attached to the Tailgate. Therefore, we can have a pretty concrete guess that the Tailgate opening will be enormously wide, as the whole rear end with the Glass will be lifted up. This brings quite a lot of practicality and convenience in loading up the Boot.
Then, at last, comes the talk of the town, the Dual Cut Spoilers. As shown in the concept of the Tata Curvv, the same has been carried forward in the production version. Well, to be honest, it should have been, as it was one of the best design aspects throughout the entire concept’s design.
We can see that the shape of the Dual Cut Spoiler is kind of extruding out of the camouflage, as it has been glued airtight over the body. We can also see that both spoilers are placed on the Rearview Glass.
